Data Services · Reporting & Analysis

One set of numbers, and what to do about them.

We build reporting your whole team reads the same way, then use the data to answer the questions that decide where your next dollar goes.

What You Get

Reporting built around decisions.

A report earns its place when it changes what someone does on Monday. Everything we build starts from the decision it supports.

What We Do With Data

The questions we answer for Partners.

Dashboards show what happened. Analysis explains why, and what to do next. These are the questions we're asked most.

  1. Which channels earn customers?

Cost per customer and return on spend by channel, measured on revenue from your own systems instead of each platform's claims.

  2. Where do the models disagree?

First click, last click, and the models in between, side by side. Where they split tells you where your tracking or your channel mix needs a closer look.

  3. What's coming next season?

Seasonal forecasts built on your own history, so budgets and staffing plans start from a number instead of a guess.

  4. Which leads become your best customers?

What your highest-value customers had in common when they first came in: the channel, the offer, the service, the area.

  5. Is this year really better?

Year-over-year trends adjusted for the calendar and your own seasonality, so a busy month isn't mistaken for a breakthrough.

  6. What should we stop doing?

The campaigns, keywords, and lead sources that cost money and rarely turn into revenue. Straight talk, with the numbers behind it.

How It Runs

A steady rhythm you can plan around.

  1. Monthly review

What moved, why, and what we'd change, in plain English. Every recommendation names the number it should move.

  2. Quarterly look-back

A step back from the month: what the data says about the business, which bets paid, and what to test next quarter.

  3. Answers in between

When a question comes up mid-month, we answer it from the warehouse and add the answer to your reporting if it's worth keeping.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about reporting.

Dashboards, tools, cadence, and how the numbers get checked.

Which dashboard tool do you use?
Looker Studio by default, because it's free and connects to Google's platforms and BigQuery directly. If your team already lives in another BI tool or in Google Sheets, we report there.
Why don't our reports match the ad platforms?
Each platform counts its own conversions and takes credit generously. We report from your CRM and your own systems, then show the platform numbers next to them so the gap is visible and explained.
How often do we get reporting?
Dashboards update daily or hourly, depending on what you need. On top of that, a monthly review covers what moved and what we'd change, and a quarterly look-back steps back to the bigger picture.
Can you answer one-off questions?
Yes. When a question comes up between reviews, we answer it from your data and add it to your reporting if it's worth tracking.
How do we know the numbers are right?
Every month we reconcile leads and revenue across your systems and share a data health check: how many leads kept their source, how many conversions matched an ad click, and which feeds ran late.
