Data Services · Google Cloud Partner

Every system you run on, in one warehouse you own.

We build your marketing data warehouse in BigQuery, inside a Google Cloud project in your name. Your CRM, calls, forms, ads, and operations software land in one place, refreshed as often as hourly.

Sixth Media is listed in Google Cloud Partner Finder. We build warehouses on Google Cloud inside each Partner's own project, and the same team runs the ad accounts those warehouses measure.

When You Need One

Signs you've outgrown your tools' reports.

A warehouse is worth it when your questions cross more systems than any one tool can see. Until then, better tracking and integrations usually go further.

  1. Simple questions need a spreadsheet

Anything that crosses two systems means exporting from each and stitching them together by hand. The answer takes days, and it's stale by the time it's built.

  2. History keeps disappearing

Business tools keep current state, platforms age out old data, and tools get replaced. Without a history of your own, last year's numbers can't be rebuilt the same way twice.

  3. Each tool's report disagrees

Every system has a dashboard and none of them match. A warehouse is where one definition of a lead, a sale, and revenue can finally live.

Why Google Cloud

The warehouse that sits closest to your ad spend.

Most of the money our Partners spend on ads goes through Google. Building on Google's own cloud keeps the data, the reporting, and the conversions that train bidding in one place.

Four Layers

Raw in, trusted numbers out.

Every warehouse we build has the same four layers. Each one has a single job, which is what makes the whole thing easy to fix when something upstream changes.

  1. Append-only

    Raw

Exactly what each system sent, with the time it arrived. Nothing is overwritten, so when a source changes or a bug turns up, any table can be rebuilt from here.

  2. Cleaned

    Staging

Typed, deduplicated, and renamed so a lead, a call, and a deal mean the same thing in every source. Time zones are settled here once.

  3. Joined

    Model

One person is one person across forms, calls, and the CRM. Tables are built around the questions the business actually asks.

  4. Trusted

    Reporting

The tables dashboards and conversion uploads read from. One definition of a lead, a sale, and revenue, reconciled against the CRM.

The Stack

What we use, and what each piece does.

A small set of managed Google Cloud services. No servers to patch, and nothing that needs a full-time engineer on your side.

  • BigQueryThe warehouse. Raw, staging, model, and reporting layers all live here.
  • Cloud Run jobsScheduled syncs from CRMs, call tracking, and operations systems that have an API.
  • Data Transfer ServiceGoogle Ads and other Google sources, landed on Google's own schedule.
  • Scheduled queriesModel rebuilds that run after the raw data they depend on has landed.
  • Cloud SchedulerRuns every job on time, in the right order.
  • Secret ManagerHolds every API key and token. Nothing sensitive lives in code.

Reliability

A report you can't trust is worse than no report.

Pipelines fail. Sources go late, APIs change, and someone edits a CRM stage. We build so those failures are loud and early.

  1. Runs in order

Rebuilds are scheduled after the raw data they read from, with room for daylight saving shifts, so a report never runs before its data lands.

  2. Stops on bad data

A freshness check confirms raw data arrived complete before each rebuild. A late or partial load fails the run instead of quietly producing a wrong report.

  3. Tested like software

SQL tests check row counts, keys, and totals on every model. When a source changes shape, a test catches it before a person does.

You Own It

Your data never lives in our account.

An agency that holds your data holds your history hostage. We set it up the other way around from day one.

  1. Your project, your billing

We build in a Google Cloud project in your name, on your billing account. The data, the pipelines, and the history are yours from the first row.

  2. The least access the work needs

Service accounts get narrow roles inside one project. Credentials live in Secret Manager, and we never ask for the keys to your whole organization.

  3. Your project keeps the warehouse

The warehouse, the pipelines, and the history live in your project today, and they keep running the day we leave. We close out our own access and hand over documentation of what's there.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the warehouse.

What we connect, ownership, access, cost, and what happens to your data if we part ways.

Why Google Cloud?
BigQuery reads Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console natively, and conversions flow back to Google Ads from the same project. Fewer hops between systems means fewer places for numbers to drift.
What does being a Google Cloud Partner mean for us?
Sixth Media is listed in Google Cloud's Partner Finder and builds on Google Cloud under Google's partner program. Your project, your data, and your billing stay in your name.
What does it cost to run?
The first 10 GiB of storage and the first 1 TiB of query processing in BigQuery are free each month, which is enough for most small and midsize businesses. Volume past those limits is billed per use, and we size that cost before we build anything. The bill lands in your own Google Cloud billing account.
How fresh is the data?
CRM and ad data sync as often as hourly. Each rebuild checks that the raw data it depends on arrived complete, and stops if it didn't, so a report is never rebuilt from half the data.
Do you need access to our whole Google Cloud organization?
No. We work inside one project with the least access the work needs. Service accounts get narrow roles, and every credential lives in Secret Manager.
Do we need a data team to use it?
No. We build and run it. Your team gets reports, and direct read access to the tables if they want it. BigQuery also connects to Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and most BI tools.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. We remove our access, and the warehouse, pipelines, and history stay in your project for as long as you want them.
