At Ski Gear Storage , we help families, skiers, and riders enjoy the mountains without the hassle of hauling gear. Based in Gypsum, Colorado, our mission is to provide premium, door-to-slope ski gear management — including pickup, storage, tuning, delivery, dry cleaning, and shipping.

We serve high-income travelers and passionate ski families from across the U.S. and internationally who return to Colorado season after season. Our team is focused on white-glove service , innovative logistics, and building long-term relationships with our members & hotel/resort partners. We store all the winter gear customers need season after season. This includes but is not limited to skis, snowboards, clothing, equipment, and essentials.

Role Description

This is a seasonal (November-April), full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager/Driver located in Gypsum, CO, and serving the Vail Valley. The role involves customer service, inventory control, driving, operations management, forklift operation, and inventory management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

What You Will Do

• Run warehouse operations
• Work directly with the current manager on all aspects of the job
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean
• Communicate with customers on all aspects of their accounts and needs. Organize logistics for getting their gear to the appropriate location on the correct days
• Work with partnering resorts, hotels, property managers, etc.
• Operate company vehicles for deliveries

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Inventory Management capabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Work weekends and winter holidays
• Manage shipments
• Forklift Operation proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse management
• Previous experience in inventory or logistics is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus

Current state of the role - Work alongside the owner and current manager to achieve all aspects of the job listed.

Future and growing state - Assist the owner with creating efficiencies within the day-to-day operations. Develop plans to grow the business(Sales actions to be included).
