Duties and Responsibilities: This position in the Athletic Department provides support to athletic event management. Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week within the Athletic Office (weekdays, 9:00am to 5:00pm) and work at home volleyball, football, and basketball games. Responsibilities to include:
* Participate in the creation of game-day scripts, and work with the Director of Business Development and Marking Intern to incorporate reads, video board elements, music play lists, timeout-coordination, and in-game sponsorship activation.
* Provide office support to the Ticket Coordinator by entering ticket data into ticketing software, managing season ticket spreadsheets, assisting with ticket communications, and processing ticket orders.
* Assist Ticket Coordinator in providing oversight to game-day ticket staff for football, volleyball, soccer, and basketball.
* Support the Game Event Manager in providing oversight to student event volunteers.
* Miscellaneous game day duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Employment Specifications: Work-Study preferred, but not required
Approximate Hours/Week: 10 hours per week
Special Time/Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work evening and weekends at home athletic events.

Wage Rate: $12.00/hour
