🔎 Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly experienced SAP SD S4 HANA Lead Consultant to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA , having been part of at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or transformation project . This role is crucial as we transition from ECC to S/4HANA and aims to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery across our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD solutions aligned with business goals
• Engage in all phases of the SAP lifecycle: blueprinting, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Address high-priority support tickets, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for workshops, process mapping, and requirement gathering
• Write functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials
• Support UAT, regression testing, and post-go-live issue resolution
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (MM, FI, CO, WM, CS, etc.)
• Ensure consistent tracking and publishing of weekly deliverables and project milestones
• Maintain SLA adherence and deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Guide and mentor junior team members and offshore resources

🧠 Required Experience & Skills:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

💼 Professional Experience:

• 15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 12 years focused on SAP SD
• Proven experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Involved in multiple full-cycle implementations and rollout projects , including greenfield and brownfield scenarios

🔧 Functional Expertise:

• Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Pricing Configuration
• Sales document types, item categories, delivery types, billing plans, pricing procedures, and account determination
• Variant Configuration (VC) with Result-Oriented BOM explosion in Sales Orders
• Integration with EWM for outbound deliveries from sales orders
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Material Determination, Text Determination, Output Control
• Integration with Vertex for tax processing , Salesforce CRM, and external systems
• Handling of Payment Card Processing and EDI interfaces

🛠️ Technical Proficiency:

• Customer/Material Master Data, Equipment Master, BOM
• RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows
• Proficiency with LSMW , SAP Queries, Batch/Serial Management
• Debugging skills in ABAP (a strong plus)
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid project methodologies

• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
