Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and guiding clients through 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 sessions. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. $28.89 - $57 hourly

• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
• Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out
• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability

• Assess and onboard group fitness clients in a 1 on 1 setting with our predetermined On-Ramp Curriculum

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

• A college degree in an exercise-related field is preferred but not required

3xF is a growing boutique fitness studio offering group training, personal training, nutrition coaching, body composition analysis, specialty courses, and more.

All of our group fitness clients are onboarded through 1 on 1 personal training and assessments from our Level Method MAP. Our program and client journey is designed to recognize progress and create bright spots such as gym anniversary dates, class milestones, referrals, and of course, increases in strength, stamina, and endurance.

Our group training program is a mix of barbell training, cardio, and skill work with a strong emphasis on functional bodybuilding.

The vision of 3xF is to intimately know and serve 150 families and make better husbands, wives, mothers, and fathers. We want to provide an all-encompassing solution that leads to healthier family units that promote generational health and wellness.
