The Opportunity:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales, particularly for their highly sought-after enclosed trailers, and contributing to the company's ambitious growth goals. You'll be taking on a role previously held by a top performer, with the expectation to not only meet but exceed their impressive sales figures. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Driving Sales: Consistently achieve a target of 100 trailer sales per month, focusing primarily on high-margin, premier units. 

  • Rapid Lead Conversion: Effectively manage a high volume of incoming leads, guiding customers through a short sales cycle (typically within 24 hours to a week) to a swift decision. 

  • Value-Based Selling: Skillfully articulate the superior quality, unique manufacturing advantages, and short lead times of our client's trailers to a diverse customer base, including contractors and recreational users. 

  • Digital Engagement: Utilize video calls (FaceTime, Zoom) to connect with and sell to customers across different geographic locations, including Texas. 

  • Future Growth: Potentially develop and cultivate commercial accounts, leveraging the product's quality to secure larger, recurring orders. 

  • Discipline & Drive: Maintain a disciplined approach to sales activities, including making approximately 100 calls daily and consistently using CRM tools. 

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves): 

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within a short-cycle sales environment (e.g., in-home services, flooring, roofing, ticket sales). 

  • Competitive Spirit: A fierce desire to win, a "killer" instinct, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

  • Discipline & Work Ethic: The ability to consistently log a high volume of calls, manage leads effectively, and work beyond a standard 9-5 schedule to close deals. 

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential for managing leads, communicating with customers, and utilizing CRM tools. 

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes ownership and is always looking for opportunities to grow and improve. 

  • Commitment & Responsibility: Individuals who are married and/or have family obligations, demonstrating a strong "why" for their drive and dedication. 

What Would Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Haves): 

  • Sports Background: Experience in college sports or a competitive sports background, indicating a strong competitive nature. 

  • Work Ethic & Resilience: A history of having to work hard and earn achievements, rather than having everything given to them. 

  • College Degree: A bachelor's degree, demonstrating the ability to start and finish a significant endeavor. 

  • Industrial Background: While not required, some experience in an industrial sector would be beneficial. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

Our client believes in rewarding top performance generously and offers two attractive compensation options: 

  • Option between commission only or base salary + commission models. 

  • On target earnings 280k to 360k
