Material Handler | General Labor 1st Shift | Start Immediately | Wood Dale, ILOverview
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler/General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving inventory and product, including OEM equipment and raw materials such as metal and steel. This role involves loading and unloading trucks by hand or using a pallet jack, working with an RF scanner to ensure correct product movement, lifting items weighing between 30-50 lbs, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and preparing products for transportation, as well as cleaning the work area and performing break downs and staging tasks. The typical schedule will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
ResponsibilitiesJoin our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with a breakroom equipped with a snack store. You will also have the flexibility to work heavy overtime (50-60 hours a week) when needed.
