Live-In Family Assistant/Nanny - Start in Charlotte, Relocate to Bay Area in Feb 2026


We're looking for a bright, energetic, and proactive Family Assistant/Nanny to join a warm household with a mom and her almost-5-year-old daughter. This is a unique opportunity to start in Charlotte, NC and then relocate with the family to the Bay Area in February 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging a fun, imaginative little girl with creative play, baking, outdoor adventures, crafts, and staying active (no screens here!)
• Handling family assistant tasks like: grocery shopping, errands, booking travel, and airport pick-ups.
• Light household upkeep so the home always feels fresh (tidying, wiping counters, vacuuming dog hair, keeping things organized).
• Coordinating school schedules, events, and activities - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Cooking simple, healthy meals and snacks - and enjoying baking projects together.
• Helping with the family's sweet 8-year-old dog.

Schedule

• Live-in role with private bedroom (shared bath in NC, ensuite in CA).
• Sunday-Thursday schedule:
  
  
  • Half-day on Sundays to prep for the week.
  • Monday-Thursday: assist on school mornings, but generally 11am-7pm (8-hour days). 40 Hours per week

Perks & Pay

• $62,400-72,800/yearly ($30-$35/hr) , on payroll.
