We also have the Bloomington Career Academy which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts.

• The minimum starting compensation range for a full-time position will be $19.66/hour. Prior applicable full-time paraprofessional or teaching experience may be eligible for additional compensation up to $21.38/hour in accordance with the Appendix of the Board-BESP Paraprofessionals agreement.
• Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
