Join to apply for the Instructional Designer role at Oracle Responsibilities Define and document learning objectives. Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts. Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals. Design content to optimize learning. Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs. Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools. Training will be a combination of e-learning, instructor-led, and on-the-job training. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6+ years of relevant experience in instructional design 3+ years of management experience Highly skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud infrastructure services Experience with data center onboarding and training Experience with cloud software and platform services Ability to think broadly and strategically Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly Disclaimer Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,000 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
