Position Summary Pathway Strategy Group is seeking a talented and dynamic Office Director In Training (DIT) who will complete the PSG Director in Training Program and become ready to manage an office location and the Canvassers and Team Leaders based there. Directors In Training are responsible for assisting in the overall success of the program and for meeting fundraising acquisition goals, receiving extensive training, guidance, and support from the PSG team. They will learn how to manage all aspects of an office, with a focus on recruiting, training, mentoring, managing and coaching Canvassers and Team Leaders to ensure project goals are met. Upon successful completion of the director training program, the DIT will become eligible for promotion to Fundraising Office Director and the management of their own office. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate leadership by canvassing regularly (expectation: active canvassing for at least five days per week to exceed office targets). Assist the Director to lead, coach, and manage day-to-day activities of the canvassing team, including hiring, training, and accountability. Cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters learning and professional growth. Consistently meet and exceed donor recruitment targets. Lead canvassing efforts in the field with other team members. Ensure full compliance with administrative processes, including HR processes, canvasser timekeeping, data standards, and donor records accuracy. Coordinate with site managers to ensure smooth canvassing operations and identify new venues and locations. Maintain close communication with PSG national leadership. Qualifications A successful track record in Canvassing/F2F Fundraising; Proven experience leading a team within a Canvassing/F2F environment; Professional written and spoken English; Ability to keep accurate and detailed written records; Access to own transport; Availability to work unsocial hours including weekends, public holidays, and some evenings. Plus Qualifications Highly organized with multitasking ability without compromising quality; Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of challenges; Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills; Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team; Ability to collaborate with colleagues and external organizations; Familiarity with Google Suite preferred. Bonus Plan and Terms Base Pay: $27/hr Quota per week: 7 unique, qualified donors Bonus Threshold: 8 qualified donors Initial bonus: $50 per donor signed up once threshold is met Retention bonus: $50 per donor retained Cancellations: Donors canceling within month 1 or second donation not collected may affect eligibility for retention bonus; only active canvassers employed by Pathway/Shawmut Services are eligible for retention bonuses Bonuses may be withheld for fraudulent sign-ups; disciplinary actions up to termination may apply Bonus plans are subject to change Equal Opportunity Employer Pathway Strategy Group is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
