Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Dock Worker to join our team. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing loads to meet customer requirements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Receive inbound material orders, including labels and deliveries from UPS and FedEx. Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack, or manually, in compliance with DOT guidelines. Safely transport freight and equipment throughout the service center. Manually pull, stack, and rebuild pallets as needed. Operate heavy equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Inspect trailers to ensure loads are complete and accurate. Maintain accurate loading documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times. Follow all safety protocols and maintain proper load security. Requirements Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Previous forklift experience preferred. Compensation Pay: $23.00 per hour, based on experience and location. Classification: Non‑Exempt, subject to applicable state and federal laws. Work Environment This is a full‑time, at‑will position with typical work hours as noted above. The position is onsite at the posted terminal. Physical Requirements Lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 50 pounds continually during the shift. Stand and walk throughout the shift, including frequent movement between loading areas and trailers. Frequently bend at the waist, stretch, and reach overhead to load and secure freight. Work in changing weather conditions if the area is exposed to outdoor elements. Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment as required.
