Role: Workday HCM Consultant (Benefits) Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Details: Job Summary: We are seeking a Core HCM Consultant with a strong concentration in Benefits to help analyze, configure, and optimize our Benefits module. Following a poor initial implementation , the system has not received the deep analysis and configuration needed to function efficiently. This role will be instrumental in identifying gaps, refining processes, and ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience for both HR teams and employees. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a deep analysis of the current Benefits configuration to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and pain points. Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and redefine business processes for Benefits administration. Optimize and reconfigure the Benefits module within Core HCM to align with best practices and organizational needs. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and proper system functionality for open enrollment, life event changes, and ongoing benefits maintenance. Provide recommendations and a roadmap for long-term system improvements and sustainability. Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and third-party benefits providers to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy. Conduct testing and validation of new configurations before deployment.
