We are seeking candidates who:

• Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at approximately $20.00/hr, depending on prior experience and skillset.
• Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
• Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the United States and Canada. As we continue to open locations across the United States, we want to provide our employees with exciting opportunities.

• A licensed driver.

What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop your sales and marketing skills. Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
• Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

What You Will Get:

• Over time, we are striving to provide a consistent schedule and potential for overtime. As we are a new business, we are hiring to have full-time work but cannot guarantee 40 hours per week, but have strong confidence that will change over the first few months.
• A living wage (starting at approximately $20.00/hr, depending on prior experience and skillset)

Contract length: Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a seasonal business so the contract length can range. Please contact us to learn more.
