In this role, you will be working as a Welding Engineer responsible for writing procedures and qualifications. You will be required to put together WPSs & PQRs. You will also be tasked with identifying and solving welding related issues, and performing R&D on new welding techniques and processes.


This is a contract to permanent position and a long term need for my client. This position must be worked on-site.


Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Welding Engineer or related role is required
• A B.S. degree in an engineering discipline is required
• Experience writing PQRs & WPSs is required
• Experience with 3D CAD software is preferred
• PMP or PE is a plus
