Bard College?s low-residency MBA in Sustainability program, based in New York City, has two openings for visiting faculty to teach summer and fall semester 2025 courses focused on Leading Change in Organizations, with a mission-driven focus. For the summer course, experience in the power sector is preferred, not required.

The low-residency format allows flexibility in residential location.

MBA faculty members are expected to have earned a Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., M.A., or equivalent degree. Successful candidates will have a record of excellence in teaching, and professional experience leading change in businesses or non-profit organizations. To apply, send a cover letter, CV, and names and contact information for three references to Interfolio. In your cover letter, please address how you could contribute to the program's goals with regard to teaching antiracist business practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion more broadly.

Applications will be reviewed as received.

Compensation: $12,000 (one course)

This salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting.
