Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to lead and deliver high-quality marketing video projects. This hybrid role combines on-site production at our Baltimore office with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a passion for storytelling, and experience creating conversion-driven content that aligns with marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, produce, and edit marketing video projects for social media, websites, and email campaigns. Assist with in-studio production, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Participate in on-set activities (e.g., running cameras, monitoring audio). Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video production with branding goals. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products that drive conversions. Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling. Stay updated on new editing technologies to maximize efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in video editing or production. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve. Experience with Blackmagic cameras, lighting, and audio tools. Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing marketing-focused projects. Knowledge of motion graphics and 2D animation. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently. Work Environment This is a hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be able to commute for in-office video shoots and production-related tasks as needed. Remote work is available on non-shoot days.
