Executive Assistant / Community & Sales Manager (Part-Time, Ottawa)
The Opportunity
Wellington Cowork is Ottawa’s most exclusive, application-only workspace for founders, investors, and senior operators. We’re scaling from ~$20K/month to $40K+ and need someone who wants to prove themselves, grow with us, and take ownership of sales, community, and daily operations.
This is not just a job — it’s a platform. You’ll earn on performance, get a private office, and be directly mentored by the founder, who has scaled multiple businesses (coworking, marketing agency, Airbnb).

We’re building something bigger than desks and offices. Our driver is to curate Ottawa’s most professional community, scale revenue, and create an environment where serious operators thrive.
Your driver matters too. Maybe it’s making money, maybe it’s proving you can lead, maybe it’s building skills to grow your own business one day. Whatever it is, we’ll connect it to your role so when roadblocks hit, you stay focused on why you started.
The GPS — What Success Looks Like (90-Day Gameplan)
First 30 Days: Learn our systems. Shadow tours. Start running member onboarding.
Next 30 Days: Run tours independently. Convert at least 25–30% of them. Track revenue + occupancy.
Next 30 Days: Own operations. Handle community curation, reporting, and drive revenue toward $25K+.
We’ll give you checklists, SOPs, and a daily/weekly rhythm — so you’re never guessing.
The Roadblocks (Expect These Early)
Not every tour will convert — you’ll need polish and persistence.
You may accept the wrong member once or twice — learn the red flags and adjust.
Some members or guests will be demanding — professionalism matters.
Growth is not linear — you’ll hit plateaus.
We tell you this now because we don’t want someone who ghosts when it gets tough. We want someone who can handle challenges, tie back to their driver, and keep going.
What You’ll Do
Convert tours into memberships and private offices.
Curate the community: review applications, run interviews, onboard members.
Manage day-to-day operations and member experience.
Report on revenue growth and performance monthly.
Serve as Ottawa-based contact for Airbnb guest questions or rare emergencies (AI handles 95%).
Compensation & Perks
Free private office + parking ($2,000/month value).
Performance-based pay:
5% of coworking revenue.
If monthly revenue exceeds $25K, you earn 10% of total revenue.
Airbnb stipend: $250/month for light oversight.
Flexible, part-time schedule (~15–20 hours/week).
Direct mentorship in coworking, marketing, and Airbnb businesses.
