The successful candidate will serve as a key contributor to enhancing our information architecture and internal content guidelines while also providing essential writing support and feedback within a multi-disciplinary team. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers is a fundamental part of this position to ensure coherent and effective content delivery. Key Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and user-friendly interface texts for various products. Design extended content forms to refine internal resources, guidelines, and standards. Serve as a subject matter expert for UX writing, consulting with cross-functional team members as needed. Offer writing feedback and editorial guidance on the team's content output. Enhance accessibility and inclusivity through effective writing practices. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional writing and editing capabilities. Strong experience in content strategy and UX principles. Proven project management expertise. Experience in software development and UX design, with specific expertise in mobile content delivery and accessibility considerations.
