Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our Gr8 8 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in a Vacation Rental setting and Corporate Housing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, including floors, counters, and appliances.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing and drying when applicable
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all cleaning protocols and guidelines to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- Perform custodial duties as needed, including emptying trash cans and cleaning public areas.
Skills:
- Experience in residential, commercial or rental cleaning.
- Ability to use specialized cleaning equipment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Experience with laundry.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices.
- Ability to sanitize and clean high-touch areas effectively.
