Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)

StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: 12 D
Pay Rate: $1354.86 - $1484.58

OT- Rehab needed asap for 13 weeks
Shift Detail: 8A-5P
Must work two weekend shifts a month will have day off during the week
Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs.
Floating policy: As needed

Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years +
Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (Occupational THERAPIST)
Active OT License – no Temp License allowed
Documentation system: Meditech
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
NDT or brain injury certifications
Procedures performed on unit:
In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy – neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments
OT: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only

Licenses: OT-TX
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
