\nRN - Med Surg Tele
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend schedule required
\n• RN to patient ratio of 1:5
\n• Must pass open book exam during orientation with 90% score or face termination
\n• Required to wear navy scrubs
\n• Work with Epic EMR system and Alaris IV pumps
\n• Float assignments to 6E, acute rehab unit, and geriatric psych unit
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Driver's license required at submittal
\n• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility
\n• Cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity affiliated facilities
\n• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
\n• Care for adult patients with small pediatric population (1-5 pediatric patients per year)
\n• Common patient diagnoses include post-surgical, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, weakness, and cancer
\n• Serve diverse population including African American and Korean-speaking patients
\n• Must demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, and compassionate patient care

\nThis healthcare organization operates a 60-bed medical surgical telemetry unit providing comprehensive inpatient care services. The facility maintains Level 2 trauma designation and serves a diverse patient population in an acute care setting. The organization utilizes modern technology including Epic EMR systems and Alaris IV pumps to deliver quality patient care across multiple specialized units including acute rehabilitation and geriatric psychiatry services.
