\nStartDate: 2/10/2025 \nAvailable Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N \nPay Rate: $2007.24 - $2199.42 \n
\nInterventional/Cardiac/Vascular ANGIO Tech needed asap for 13 weeks\n40-hour work week, shift work and call.\nAny traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. ??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.\nProof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.\nSeeking Angiography professional with Cardiac Cath, Vascular and Interventional Radiology skill set. \nEquipment utilized in the unit/dept.\nSiemens Artis Bi-Plane with Synco Inspace/DynaCT, AXIOM Sensis, Pyxis medication and supply stations, MEDITECH/Health Connect, Fuji radiology PACS, FUJI CV PACS, and Phillips patient monitors.\nMinimum 2 years of experience.\n

Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab\nExperience: 2 years\nLicenses: CLT- HI\nCertifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)\nAND\nSonographer, Vascular\nExperience: 2 years\nAND\nVascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular\nExperience: 2 years\nLicenses: RAD-HI\nOn Call: $5 - 2 hr min\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\n\nAny traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. ??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
