Eclipse Gaming is an award winning provider of entertainment solutions for the casino industry, headquartered in Duluth, GA. We specialize in making products that target players who have a passion for casino games.

Eclipse Gaming is currently seeking a Core Technical Artist to work on our current and future game line-up. We are aggressively growing our product line and are in search for highly talented people that would like to be a part of our award-winning team. As a Technical Artist, you will be working within our phenomenal development studio in Duluth, GA, creating art for casino games and apps across our product portfolio. You will be interacting with fellow Artists, Engineers, Game Designers, Producers, Data Analysts, and Marketing personnel to create engaging and entertaining slot games for the Class II tribal market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Integrate assets into games seamlessly, preserving artistic vision while adhering to technical platform limits.
• Develop particles, shaders, and other visual effects (VFX) for Unity applications.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with engineers and artists within the team.
• Effectively troubleshoot and communicate, providing guidance to team members when necessary.
• Stay at the forefront of Unity Engine technology through proactive self-training.
• Contribute to the creation of rapid prototypes for experimental features using Unity.
• Facilitate communication and streamline asset pipelines between engineering and artist teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams to create multimedia-rich games.
• 2+ years of related experience in game production as a game artist or engineer.
• Experience with Unity-based slot development.
• Familiarity with gaming, particularly in slots products for the Class 2 or Premium markets.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Unity.

• Experience using GitHub
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Proficient in 3DS Max

Bonus point for experience with:

• Substance Painter
• After effects
