Shift: Shift 1/ to
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $23.57 - $31.83 / hour
This is a remote position. Incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work remotely. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.
Summary
Supervises the efficient operation of Health Information Management staff and activities to provide quality health information management services. Responsible for staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluation. Effectively communicates, resolves issues, and enhances the culture and performance of the department. Assists in developing and maintaining high quality patient record systems which meet internal and external needs and requirements. Assists with operational plans and performance improvement initiatives.

Two years of formal education or training beyond high school or Associate Degree preferred. Appropriate supervisory experience may be substituted.
