This position will establish and lead the U.S. government affairs function for Olympus. This leadership role ensures the company has a strategic and proactive voice in the development of health policy, regulation, and reimbursement in the United States.
This role represents the company with federal and state policymakers, regulatory agencies, and trade associations to influence legislative and regulatory environments critical to business success. The role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare policy landscape, the ability to communicate complex information with senior government stakeholders, and a high degree of innovation and leadership to shape a new function from the ground up.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $195,078.00 $292,616.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
