We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef or passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team at our fine dining Italian restaurant. What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and kitchen procedures with precision.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at your station.
Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Professional cooking experience (fine dining or Italian cuisine preferred).
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
