Solution Architect - Salesforce Data Cloud

We are searching for a seasoned Solution Architect and pioneer of the newly rebranded Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) to join the fastest-growing partner in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands a deep commitment to transforming how businesses activate trusted data everywhere. You will lead the charge by unifying fragmented enterprise data into a complete, actionable view using ZeroCopy integrations (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) to power realtime workflows and the complete Customer 360.

Location: Fully remote (United States)

Responsibilities

• Lead all discovery workshops to define the client's vision, strategy, and detailed requirements for their Data 360 and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Architect enterprise data solutions utilizing Salesforce Data 360's ZeroCopy architecture to unify fragmented data and create a single, actionable view of the customer.
• Provide functional expertise in developing unique campaign strategies, customer lifecycle management, and journey mapping to power realtime, personalized communications across all channels.
• Design the data strategy necessary to align a client's diverse data sources to their marketing goals and campaigns, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable.
• Serve as the subject matter expert with a deep understanding of all Salesforce Data 360, best practices, and knowledge of the product roadmap and newer capabilities.
• Design solutions that leverage Data 360 for building precise segments and delivering realtime communications across the Customer 360, including B2B (lead management, ABM) and B2C client needs.
• Architect complex integrations with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) utilizing the MC Connector and custom integration points, as well as external standard and custom data sources.
• Utilize deep product knowledge and handson implementation experience to lead and support the presales process.

Qualifications

• 57+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem implementing Salesforce Data Cloud (ideally having 2+ Data Cloud engagements completed under your belt).
• Ability to architect integrations with other Salesforce products including Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds.
• Consulting and implementation experience with MC Personalization, Intelligence, and/or Tableau.
• High comfortability with the integration of standard and custom data sources.
• Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills, with the ability associate everyday tactics to metrics defined in discovery.
• At least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications, and willingness to achieve certifications on emerging technologies as required per role.
• Certifications (Required): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced CrossChannel, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified MCAE Consultant, Salesforce MC Developer.
