Trust Guss Injury Lawyers is a national personal injury law firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. We are focused on bringing justice to individuals injured in car accidents and other personal injury incidents. We seek a dynamic and creative Organic & Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team and help create and strengthen connections with our potential audience.

Position Overview:

We seek a versatile and experienced full time Organic & Paid Social Media Specialist that can produce engaging and compelling social media content from concept through to deployment (both paid and organic.) Our ideal candidate will have strong skills and solid experience in the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual development of social media content in coordination with firm events and activities as well as ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Photography and videography, as well as post-production and editing.
• Copywriting and creation of strong written content and captioning.
• Rapid production of a large volume of social media content while maintaining quality building our presence across a broad platform of social media platforms.
• Tactical deployment of social media content, both paid and organic, across multiple social media channels.
• Monitoring social media activity so as to engage with positive responses (and case leads), while deleting and managing negative comments and activity.
• Monitor and optimize results and create “feedback loops,” A/B testing, and other methodologies to track results and refine and improve subsequent deployments.
• Manage paid deployments to drive maximum engagement and potential leads for the firm.

Optimal Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3+ years of experience in social media management and paid social advertising, with a strong background in Facebook Ads. Be prepared to show examples of your success.
• Expertise in Facebook Business Manager and other social media ad management platforms.
• Experience in using AI and other supplemental resources as “force multipliers” to increase productivity and post quantity, while maintaining high quality standards for all content and deployments.
• Strong copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and other creative skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to achieve successful results with a minimum of oversight and direction.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Bonus Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Familiarity with tools such as Unbounce or WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
