Job Title: SOC Analyst
Location: Remote

What's the Job? - Monitor security alerts from various sources, including SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
- Analyze and prioritize security incidents based on potential impact and severity.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain and optimize security monitoring tools and technologies.
- Document security incidents, findings, and actions in detailed reports.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and firewalls.
- Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and endpoint protection solutions.
- 1-3 years of experience in a SOC environment or related cybersecurity role.
