Are you a nurturing and experienced nanny looking for a full-time, live-out position in Suffolk, Virginia? Our family is seeking a reliable and caring individual to care for our toddler and 8-year-old after-school and evenings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young children and will be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities will include engaging our child in age-appropriate activities, help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing & bedtime routines. Other job duties include preparing school lunches/snacks for the following day, preparing school outfits for the following day, and Children's laundry once per week. We are also looking for someone who could do long-term (7/8 day max) 24/hr care periodically when we go on vacation (when planned in advance) and sometimes be willing to travel with us (expenses paid and on payroll) during family vacations. Our top priority is the well-being and happiness of our children, so we are looking for someone who is patient, warm, and genuinely loves working with young children. Evening Hours... Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30pm - 9:30pm & Saturday 9am - 3pm The position is full-time, and we are offering $18 - 23 per hour based on experience.
