Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to see your work light up the skyline? We’re looking for a Sign Installer / Builder who’s not afraid of heights, power tools, or a little creativity!
At PSCO Kieffer, we design, build, and install custom signs that get noticed. From storefronts to high-rises, our work is bold, bright, and built to last — just like our team.
What You’ll Do:
• Install interior and exterior signage (channel letters, monument signs, vinyl, and more)
• Read blueprints and use hand/power tools
• Work at heights safely using lifts or ladders
• Represent our company on-site with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
• Basic construction or electrical skills (we’ll train the right person!)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all elements and at all heights
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL in 120 days

Requirements:Minimum Education and Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL in 120 days
• Must have clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors, exposed to sun, cold temperatures, and inclement conditions 8-10 hours/day
• Ability to work from a ladder or crane at heights from 8 to 130 feet
• The ability to stand and walk in approximately a 200 ft. radius for 8-10 hours/day
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 80lbs
• Ability to use and maintain correct postures while reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and twisting
• Ability to sustain forward bending while reaching 7 to 15” horizontally, holding tools weighing up to 12 lbs.
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin state welding certification.
• Ability to be rigging certified.
