What You'll Do: - Receive and inspect incoming shipments, entering them into our ERP system
- Prepare products for storage and shipment
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace
A Day in the Life
Your day might begin with a quick team huddle to review incoming shipments and priorities for the day. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk and Delivery Driver at our Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS), you'll unload deliveries, carefully inspect items, and log them into our ERP system. You'll spend time organizing inventory in the warehouse, labeling products, and preparing outgoing shipments with precision, and delivering orders to customers. Whether you're operating a forklift or updating records, your work directly supports our mission to empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail and teamwork make a real impact-every single day.

Qualifications What We're Looking For: - Must possess valid Real ID compliant driver's license, and be able to pass base security requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (warehouse or logistics preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Operate a forklift and pallet jack, and stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Computer proficiency and experience using inventory systems, Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- A mission-first mindset and a willingness to support a diverse, inclusive workplace
