Job Title: Engineer, Systems Sr Location: Reston, VA Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $71/HR ALTA IT is hiring for a ServiceNow Developer for a health insurance client. The ServiceNow Developer will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solution as well as provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Pay: $71/HR Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) 90% remote Onsite meetings 4* times a year (Reston or Washington D.C.) Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solution, including integrations, and workflow automation.
• Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.
• Develop user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
• Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions
• Stay current on ServiceNow's best practices, trends, and new functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SNOW modules and capabilities, other systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

The Skills You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Accomplished with integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods.
• Adept with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
