COMPENSATION

WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have experience in commercial and/or residential roofing.
• You can inspect and repair all types of roof systems.
• You can troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution.
• You can perform interior repairs/projects.
• You are decisive and comfortable making decisions.
• You have a natural ability to proactively anticipate needs.
• You can teach and develop other technicians to become future leaders.
• You have a genuine desire to help people shine and be their best.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

• Perform various types of residential and commercial roof repair projects.
• Perform various types of home projects: gutter installation, building decks, drywall repair, painting, power washing and more.
• Coach, train, and teach others in all types of roof repair and home projects.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Assigned company vehicle for Lead Tech Roles.

We are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We are very aggressively leading the industry in best practices and educating the consumer. We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
