Overview HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to join and advance the technological world through innovation and creativity. Responsibilities Lead and manage a large-scale account (>$15M, ~150 FTEs) across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee overall delivery involving development, support, QA operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and issue resolution. Drive productivity improvements using industry-standard tools, methodologies, automation, and Gen AI technologies. Provide leadership across diverse technology stacks including Java, AWS, Data Analytics (Snowflake), Blue Yonder, Selenium, Cypress, Mainframe – Tandem, etc. Champion the adoption and integration of Gen AI solutions to enhance service delivery and business outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with internal sales and delivery teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Conduct advanced analysis of business processes, market trends, and data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Experience in the Retail and CPG sector Service Delivery Management experience Operational Excellence & Innovation mindset Technical oversight across multiple stacks and tools Gen AI strategy and adoption experience Strong client relationship management and collaboration with sales and delivery teams Location Chicago, IL (Onsite) Pay and Benefits Base pay range: $99,000.00/yr - $203,500.00/yr Pay Range Minimum: $99,000 per year; Pay Range Maximum: $203,500 per year Pay and benefits are subject to location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and holidays, subject to company policies.
