·Conducted extensive legal research and provided legal counsel to clients.
·Negotiated resolutions and settlements of employment and personal injury law matters in mediation and outside of mediation.
·Prepared and drafted various correspondences and demand letters in support of resolution of matters in pre-litigation.
·Analyze and strategize cases to prepare Demand Letters for business law matters in anticipation of litigation.
·Research, draft and submit trademark applications.
·Draft Complaints, Motions, Mediation Briefs, Oppositions for litigated matters.
·Attend court hearings.
·Review, draft, and analyze commercial contracts, settlement agreements and acquisition agreements.
·Represents clients in complex litigation involving real estate, construction, bankruptcy, and class action lawsuits.
·Successfully handled high-value litigation and transnational disputes for fortune 100 companies and sovereign nations.
·Expertise in various industries, including corporations and securities, cryptocurrency and AI, intellectual property, privacy, and employment.
