As a Senior Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will include: Working with Application Development staff and stakeholders to provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the advancement of software development solutions required to meet business strategies and goals Developing customized high quality business solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform Participating in all aspects of the project life cycle (e.g., initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and postproduction support of the application) Ensuring current and/or future business process flows are defined and documented Conducting detailed alternative analyses and determines end-user requirement(s) Consulting with end-users, technicians, vendors, management, and others Leading and/or participating in architecture and technical design sessions At the State of Ohio, we take care of the team that cares for Ohioans.
