Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, job duties include:
Schedule interviews for candidates, including one-on-one or panel interviews with multiple interviewers, ranging from entry to senior-level positions.
Reserve conference rooms, setting up video conferences, arranging travel schedules, processing expense reimbursements, and creating itineraries and communication materials.
Assist with pre-employment screening by submitting accurate cases and tracking their completion.
Provide support to candidates, recruiters, and business partners to ensure timely processing of all screening actions.
Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions.
Assist with the formatting and posting of job descriptions in the recruiting tool.
Provide support and assistance in completing actions within Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar applicant tracking systems, including online offer acceptance and raising issues as necessary.
Skills:
2+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator in a Corporate environment.
Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
