Base pay range $70.00/hr - $77.00/hr Responsibilities Detailed Project/flight Plan and project scope Keeping a detailed project plan very up-to-date for all projects Proactive at driving results at the project-level Able to articulate project scope and details of their project when asked (i.e. how many epics and stories make up your project and by which team, etc.) Planning ahead for expected dependencies and working through those proactively Project Schedule & Status Reporting Project Schedule should show the high-level program/project picture and the breakdown of work/epics Includes Status Reporting and keeping the project dashboard updated and current Proactively escalates any issues keeping Senior Manager informed of any risk Project Budget/Forecast Tight on the spend forecast across projects/epics Based on detailed project schedule, minding the quality of the dependencies Partner with Finance team Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management Partnership with Delivery/Engineering, Product partners to drive project forward Conduct productive meetings; Clear agenda for meetings, correct level of conversation for corresponding audience Holding colleagues/partners accountable and driving results Proactively raises escalations to Leadership, drives resolution Vendor Management if/as applicable Work independently with driving work forward with minimal oversight Requirements 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with experience managing large, highly visible software and application development projects Retail experience is required - these are application development projects within supply chain domain, related to merchandising systems, order management, and retail concepts like pricing, promotions, purchase orders, etc. Full-funnel/cross domain experience is expected (understanding how the backend influences the front end/ecommerce experience) Ability to be hands on - partnering with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, break program into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and manage those tracks of work as needed, as well as manage risk/budget/resources and partner with other leaders on prioritization Strategically partner with delivery leaders on prioritization and program delivery Highly hands-on Confident and mature attitude The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
