Role Overview
As Senior PPC Manager, you will play a critical role in driving NPHub’s growth by managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit to drive growth for NP student acquisition and NP candidates.
● Optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals such as ROAS and lead acquisition, adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and strategies as needed.
● Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure engaging, on-brand ad materials are utilized across campaigns.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve.
● Oversee and adjust budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources across multiple platforms.
● Stay updated on emerging PPC trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
● 8-12 years of experience as a performance marketer, specifically in Meta Ads and Google Search.
● Proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (at least $100k/monthly).
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
● Experience driving DTC sales and leads.
● Excellent ad copywriting skills.
Desirable Qualities:
● Experience in the healthcare or education sector or with driving lead gen is a plus.
● Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams while also managing projects independently.
