We’re seeking an analytically driven SDR Manager to lead our small US-based sales development team. As a driving force behind growth and pipeline targets, you will have a strong record of defining inbound and outbound pipeline strategy, optimizing processes, coaching SDRs and partnering with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure growth targets are met.

You should be energetic and encouraging, inspiring team members to reach their full potential. This should be balanced with challenging and pushing the team to excel and exceed expectations.

This role requires 3 days in the office (Herndon, VA HQ) - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the sales development team and drive a high accountability, high performance culture to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Build a strong outbound and inbound pipeline strategy to meet/exceed growth targets.
• Partner with the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to align on the GTM strategy and provide input on lead acquisition strategies.
• Continuously evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements that support an evolving/scaling environment.
• Build and optimize outreach assets including call scripts, email sequences, lead flow processes etc. that increases engagement and leads.
• Provide strong coaching and mentoring to ensure effective prospecting and pipeline development
• Track the effectiveness and performance of outreach campaigns.
• Report weekly on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine qualification and prospect engagement strategies for long-term, sustained success.

• 8+ years of overall professional work experience in sales/business development.
• 4+ years of sales/SDR leadership experience in a high growth SaaS/tech company.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota as an individual contributor and while leading a team.
• Robust knowledge of modern SDR processes and tools such as Outreach, Salesforce Gong, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.
• Experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans, segmenting the team, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change in an evolving industry.
