Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Location: Cypress, TX

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individual occupational therapy programs for students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of teletherapy practices is a plus.
