Covelo Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our Educational Services team in Escondido, CA!
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting students’ mental health and well-being, working closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive and thriving learning environment.

*What You’ll Do*
* Work directly with students to develop or improve communication skills, mediate conflict resolution, promote positive peer relationships, and prevent bullying and violence.
* Perform psychological and/or academic assessments and recommend interventions to support students’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health in a learning environment.
* Identify at-risk students and provide crisis prevention strategies as needed.
* Connect families with community resources and coordinate outside services when appropriate.
*What You’ll Bring*
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Master of Education (MEd) in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program.
* Active California School Psychologist license and NCSP credential.
* Prior school-based psychology experience is welcomed but not required.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for helping students succeed
