Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inspector / Estimator - Sales Representative located in Arvada, CO, with some work from home acceptable. The Inspector / Estimator will be responsible for performing inspections, providing estimates, conducting sales presentations, and developing new business opportunities and referral relationships. Additionally, this role involves offering exceptional communication and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations, Sales, and New Business Development
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in relevant fields is an advantage
• Clean driving and criminal record
• Honest and ethical
• String attention to detail, with great problem solving skills
