As a Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in lead generation, finalizing sales, and ensuring the seamless completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a daily presence in the office to facilitate sales activities and foster team collaboration.
• Actively participate in lead generation efforts alongside the canvassing team at least twice a week.
• Engage in regular one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions with managers to enhance performance.
• Submit at least one repair/replacement project per week, complete with all required documentation.
• Attend River City-sponsored training sessions to continuously refine skills and expand knowledge.

Qualified Candidates:

• Conduct thorough inspections, deliver detailed photo reports, and accurately prepare estimates.
• Secure signed contracts from property owners and obtain approval for project scope and cost, including insurance claims.
• Collect necessary payments (front-end checks or ACV insurance checks) and promptly submit all required documentation.
• Oversee project completion, ensure final payments are collected, and maintain meticulous job files.
