Schedule

• Monday Friday, 10:30?am 7:00?pm

Daily Tasks

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide courteous service.
• Handle curbside pickup support functions, including order lookup, handoff, and returns.
• Maintain the order staging area and follow?up with customers on delays.
• Provide overall positive customer experience with a focus on their needs.
• Enter orders into the multi?channel sales platforms and update the OMS.
• Support the Sales Department with email and live?chat communication.

Responsibilities

• Curbside pickup support greet customers, assist new orders, provide returns and exchanges.
• Customer interaction handle various communication channels, offer advice, product support, and fitment suggestions.
• Order entry submit all eBay/Amazon orders to the OMS and manage any exceptions.
• General support monitor order ETAs and notify customers of delays.
• Process improvement identify opportunities to enhance workflow and efficiencies in the pickup area.

What Success Looks Like

• All sales orders from multi?channel platforms are entered timely, meeting on?time metrics for eBay and Amazon.
• Customer order ETAs are updated daily.
• Marketplace emails are maintained within a 3?hour SLA.
• Workspace is kept clean, organized, and well?maintained.

Requirements

• Retail experience.
• Basic understanding of automotive concepts (braking, suspension, etc.).
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Excellent computer and data?entry skills.
