As a Resident Assistant at Cedar Point, you support associates within the Housing Campus by fostering a welcoming and fun environment. Your responsibilities include enforcing policies, performing administrative tasks, and promoting a positive team atmosphere. This role offers paid training, free admission to park properties, and various employee perks while helping enhance the overall guest and associate experience.

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Resident Assistant, you’ll assist associates within our Housing Campus. You’ll also:

• Help create a welcoming, fun, and exciting work experience for Cedar Point associates through a variety of Resident Life roles.
• Explain, support, and enforce all policies and procedures.
• Establish a team environment within your assigned building through role modeling and focusing on Cedar Point’s cornerstones and core values.

• P erforms all administrative tasks, such as posting fliers in the building, completing weekly reports, and offering assistance as needed.
