Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on (Junior) Data Engineer (gn) who’s excited to turn raw data into well-modeled, reliable datasets. You’ll work in a modern, cloud-based environment and help us deliver data products that support real business decisions.

Your mission

• You build, maintain, and monitor data pipelines using Fivetran, Airbyte, and Python
• You clean, transform, and test data in our Databricks platform using SQL, dbt, and elementary
• You deliver ready-to-use and quality-assured data marts for our analysts and business stakeholders
• You collaborate closely with our Product Owner and Business Insights team to solve important business questions
• You take full ownership over data quality and strive for continuous technical improvement
• You support infrastructure automation with Terraform (IaC) in AWS

Your skills

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a similar quantitative field and some hands-on experience
• You know SQL and Git; first exposure to Python or cloud tech is a plus
• You’re ready to dive deep into business processes and want your work to have real impact
• You enjoy working in a team and learning through pair programming
• You’re self-organized and comfortable in a remote, async-first setup
• You’re not aiming for a Data Science role – but growing from Analyst to Engineer? Perfect fit!
